FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and may be used for production of high-capacity capacitors using the energy of double electrical layer (DEL). According to the invention, the bank of capacitors with double electrical layer contains several sections of capacitors compressed between power insulating walls together with collectors located at both sides of sections.
