The block has chambers (2, 3) made of a base material e.g. concrete, light-weight concrete, clay, brick or lime sand brick, used for shell of a building. The individual chambers are separated by partition walls (4) running in a plane vertical and/or horizontal to each other, and are lined with an insulant or filled with mortar. The individual chambers connect adjacent filling-building blocks by a spring-groove system (6). The chambers are arranged in rhombus shape (7) to each other, and the partition walls are longitudinally formed. The spring-groove system is formed in an inclined plane (8).
