Disclosed is an interlaced polarized multi-beam antenna, comprising: at least one dual-polarized antenna oscillator, the dual-polarized antenna oscillator comprising a first antenna oscillator polarized at +45° and a second antenna oscillator polarized at -45°; and a first Butler matrix and a second Butler matrix, wherein the first Butler matrix is connected to the first antenna oscillator, such that the first antenna oscillator transmits first target beams; and the second Butler matrix is connected to the second antenna oscillator, such that the second antenna second oscillator transmits second target beams. Since the first target beams and the second target beams in this embodiment are arranged in a crisscrossed manner, and the polarization characteristics of any two adjacent first target beams and second target beams are different, so that the complexity, loss and costs of Butler matrix implementation can be effectively reduced, and the interference between adjacent multiplexing beams can be effectively reduced at the same time. |
