A system and a method for trading images are provided to enable a billing agent to process an electronic charge process for buying data of the images corresponding to a processing condition by accepting sales of the images recorded in a recording medium and selling the image having a digital data processing condition. An HDD(Hard Disk Drive) receives/stores compressed music content data, a title/photo/picture of music contents to a hard disk, and displays a program table related to the compressed music content data. A portable music player plays the stored music content data, and includes a memory for displaying the title/photo/picture of music contents to a display part while the music content data is played. The HDD records the compressed music content data and the title/photo/picture of music contents pointed by the user from the hard disk to the memory based on the program table.
