PURPOSE:To detect the single operation of a generator in an accident at the side of a system in a private non-utility power generating apparatus in the high-voltage distribution system interconnection by detecting the service interruption on the side of the system based on the change in impedance obtained from an impedance operating circuit. CONSTITUTION:In a system interconnection system, wherein non-utility power generating devices 1a and 1b are linked to a utility system and there is a reverse current, a higher harmonic generator 17a, which does not receive the signal from a utility substation 3 at the time of the service interruption of the an electric power system, is provided. The service interruption of the electric power system can be detected by always monitoring the higher harmonic impedance on the system side. Therefore, a receiving-point breaker 14a can be quickly separated without providing an expensive transfer cut-off device between a receiving/sending breaker 5 and the receiving-point breaker 14a for a demand house of a non-utility power generating apparatus. |
