PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely clean a pipeline led from a dispense head to a spout cock through a cooling device by water cleaning and gas cleaning. SOLUTION: The dispense head is provided with a second branch pipe in addition to a first branch pipe for gas injection. Cleaning water is injected from the second branch pipe to clean the pipeline led from the dispense head to the spout cock of the cooling device. Water cleaning is carried out under a condition that a lever of the dispense head must be an elevated position upon starting the water cleaning. A control unit is made to judge on the position of the lever so that a water magnet valve is not controlled to be open unless the lever's being in an elevated position is confirmed.
