A fuel heating apparatus for a diesel engine is provided to maintain a combustor at a higher temperature by heating a head through increase in a contact area between a heating unit and an outside during the same time period. A fuel heating apparatus for a diesel engine comprises a head(10), a glow plug(20) and a heating unit(30) connected with the glow plug. The head has an injector(15). A plurality of insertion holes are formed around the injector. A negative terminal(40) is interposed between the glow plug and the heating unit such that heat is quickly generated. The heating unit is interference-fitted into the insertion hole. The glow plug is coupled with the heating unit through a screw tap scheme. When fuel is injected through the injector, power is supplied to the glow plug from a power source. If the power is supplied to the heating unit through the glow plug, the heating unit heats the injector and the head.
