<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery capable of improving a cycle characteristic and safety. <P>SOLUTION: A positive electrode 21 and a negative electrode 22 are arranged oppositely to each other through a separator 23. The negative electrode 22 has a structure with a lithium layer 22B formed on a negative electrode collector 22A. The ratio of the capacity of the negative electrode 22 per unit area in perfect charging to the capacity of the positive electrode 21 per unit area is 1.05 to 3.00, and the thickness of one-side surface of the lithium layer 22B in perfect charging is 10 to 40 μm on an average. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
