An organic light emitting device and an organic light emitting display apparatus having the same are provided to increase life by improving the interface property between a second electrode and a buffer layer. An organic light emitting device(L) includes a first electrode(310), an organic material layer(330), a second electrode(340), and a buffer layer(350). The organic material layer(330) is formed on the first electrode(310) and has an EML(EMitting Layer)(332). The second electrode(340) is formed on the organic material layer(330). The buffer layer(350) is formed between the organic material layer(330) and the second electrode(340) and is composed of a structure where a first buffer layer(351) and a second buffer layer(352) are laminated.
