A double visual field display panel comprises: a first display area (203) and a second display area (204) which are distributed alternately in transversal and longitudinal directions, a first substrate (201) and a second substrate (202) set oppositely, and a grating structure arranged between the first substrate (201) and the second substrate (202). The grating structure comprises a first grating layer (207) made of metal and arranged in the first substrate (201), and the first grating layer (207) is arranged on the side, facing the second substrate (202), of the first substrate (201). A double visual field display device is also provided. |
