摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new expression vector having a restriction enzyme site corresponding to the base sequence of a primer for gene amplification reaction and intended for the integration of an antibody gene, by ligating a functional protein gene to the down stream site of a variable region gene. SOLUTION: This new vector, which is capable of expressing a fused protein composed of an antibody molecule Ig containing at least a variable region and a functional protein AP, has a restriction enzyme site intended for the integration of a gene coding for the antibody molecule and corresponding to the base sequence specified by to primer for gene amplification reaction, and is obtained by ligating a gene coding for the functional protein to the downstream site of a gene coding for a region containing the variable region to define one reading frame; specifically, by ligating both the Ig gene and the AP gene to e.g. a control region necessary for protein expression. This vector is useful for producing a fused protein consisting of antibody-functional protein, wherein the antibody is e.g. a labeled one to be used for immunoassays using a labeled substance as AP.
