PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve data transmission efficiency by converting a channel for all transmission data in a short time without interrupting data communication. SOLUTION: Contents of transmission data for channel conversion stored in a control memory 28 are stored in advance in a storage section 31a. A control memory address counter 29 sequentially informs read-address information of the control memory 28 to a transfer section 30. The transfer section 30 sequentially read data of the storage section 31a in response to the notice and the read value is written in the control memory 28 and the processing is repeated for each master clock signal CK 14. The storage contents of the control memory 28 are all channel-converted for a time equivalent to a frame clock signal CK 15 through the processing.
