PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film, excellent in heat sealability, transparency, blocking resistance, etc., without any stickiness and useful even as a laminate by including a propylene copolymer having specific physical properties and a specified butene-1 copolymer in a specific proportion. SOLUTION: This film is obtained by forming a film from a composition containing (A) 25-97 wt.% propylene copolymer having 0.1-25 g/10 min melt index and (B) 75-3 wt.% butene-1 copolymer having 1-8 mol.% content of a 2-8Cα-olefin unit, 0.97-7.2 dL/g intrinsic viscosity, 4--15 ratio of the weight- average molecular weight/number-average molecular weight, 2-40 deg.C temperature difference between the maximal and minimal values of the melting point according to a differential scanning calorimetry, <=0.015α-olefin block properties according to the nuclear magnetic resonance spectral analysis and 1-45 wt.% content of a fraction soluble in boiling diethyl ether.
