PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording device in which the efficiency of inputting added information is improved. SOLUTION: When a track number is imparted, it is discriminated whether it is performed by a specified factor or by an unspecified factor. A track number imparting factor discriminating section 14 for correcting previously inputted added information on the basis of this discrimination result is provided.
