PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-output type series regulator outputting a plurality of stabilized DC voltages, wherein a size, cost and power consumption are reduced by determining rising order of the plurality of output voltages without using a delay circuit or the like. SOLUTION: This series regulator has: a regulator circuit 51 having a drive circuit 14 driving an output transistor Tr11 such that a divided voltage Vadj1 obtained by dividing an output voltage Vo1 and a reference voltage Vref1 accord with each other; and a regulator circuit 52 having a drive circuit 24 driving an output transistor Tr21 such that a divided voltage Vadj2 obtained by dividing an output voltage Vo2 and a reference voltage Vref2 accord with each other. A standard voltage from a standard voltage circuit 18 is imparted to the regulator circuit 51 as the reference voltage Vref1, and the output voltage Vo1 is imparted to the regulator circuit 52 as the reference voltage Vref2.
