PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbubble-jetting device for use in a bathtub or a shower which is capable of jetting microbubbles having activity using hot liquid in the bathtub or hot liquid form a water heater. SOLUTION: This microbubble-jetting device for the bathtub or the shower is provided with a pump 5 circulating the hot liquid in the bathtub 1 or the hot liquid from the water heater 16, a compressor 6 pressurizing air into the circulating hot liquid, a static mixer 9 mixing the pressurized air with the circulating hot liquid and dissolving it, an air separation tank 10 separating surplus air from air saturated hot liquid, and adiabatic expansion valves 14 and 15 adiabatically expanding the air saturated hot liquid flow and jetting the microbubbles in the bathtub.
