<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure which can prevent a water leakage from a gap from occurring even when the gap is generated between the die molded section of a toner weather strip at a rear pillar lower section and the end of a waist weather strip by unevenness in the building up. <P>SOLUTION: The rear pillar lower section of a convertible automobile is provided with the die molded section 4a of the toner weather strip 4 which is attached to a toner opening section peripheral edge and the end section of a waist weather strip 11 which is attached to a waist line at the car body rear section. The end section of the waist weather strip 11 comes elastically into contact with the die molded section 4a of the toner weather strip 4, and seals the gap to the die molded section 4a. The die molded section 4a is integrated with a water receiving lip 13. Thus, even when the gap c is formed between the die molded section 4a and the waist weather strip end resulting from unevenness in the building up, and rain water or car washing water enters from the gap c, the water is received by the water receiving lip 13 and drained outside of the automobile. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
