An acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile graft copolymer is provided to realize excellent weather resistance and coloring property and impact resistance at room temperature or low temperature through a novel structure and monomer composition. An acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile graft copolymer comprises: a rubbery polymer with a dual core layer structure containing an inner core layer formed of an alkyl acrylate-aromatic vinyl copolymer and an outer coating layer formed of an alkyl acrylate polymer; and a shell layer formed of a copolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound and an unsaturated nitrile compound, grafted to the rubbery polymer with a dual core layer structure.
