An absorbent article 1 that is worn on a human body and used, including an absorbent body 20 having a fluid-absorbing member 22 that absorbs fluid and having a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction; a main body 10 whose face on the human body side is overlapped with the absorbent body 20 in the thickness direction; and adhesive sections 31, 31 for adhering the main body 10 to an undergarment, and the adhesive sections 31, 31 being formed on a face on the opposite side of the face on the human body side of the main body 10, wherein a part 25 of the absorbent body 20 in the longitudinal direction is joined to a predetermined portion 10g of the main body 10, and an end section 20b of the absorbent body 20 in the longitudinal direction can be moved separably from the main body 10 as a free end with respect to the part 25, and wherein the adhesive sections 31, 31 are included continuously spanning, in the longitudinal direction, an end 10h of the predetermined portion 10g, the end 10h being on the free end side in the longitudinal direction.</p> |
