PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having good scratch resistance, wear resistance and crack resistance and having extremely high durability.SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor includes at least a photosensitive layer and a surface layer successively layered on a conductive substrate, is characterized in that the surface layer is formed by polymerizing a polymerizable compound having 7 to 10 functional groups and a reactive group equivalent (molecular weight/number of functional groups) of 140 or less and 100 or more. |
