FIELD: metalworking.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanized welding by consumable electrode in atmosphere of shielding gases, namely to methods of producing high-quality welded joints and welding in all spatial positions. Welding is performed by alternating current of commercial frequency with automatic synchronization of cycles of impulse supply of welding wire with alternating current cycles of industrial frequency. Transfer of electrode metal is carried out in a given moment due to control over welding in channels of feedback.EFFECT: as a result, high-quality welded joint is produced due to high speed and stability of controlled transfer of electrode metal, reducing heat inputs in welded article due to periodic rise and fall of current in a sinusoidal manner with change of polarity.1 cl, 1 tbl, 1 dwg |
