A method of purifying a polluted stream using a rotating water gate and an integrated control system is provided to prevent water leakage and to prevent an overflow in case of power failure by installing a packing member, installing an emergency valve automatically operated, and discharging water from the bottom of the reservoir. In accordance with an integrated control system(100), a waterway(11) is formed between both side support structures(10), and a housing(20) is installed at a side of the support structure to form a closed space. A rotating water gate is formed with an arc type gate plate(31), two side plates(32) connected perpendicularly to the gate plate, and an axle(33) connected to the side plate. A packing member(40) is fixed longitudinally to a side of the water gate. A connection member is connected between a piston rod of an operating cylinder(51) and an operating link(34) via a support roller(52) and the axle. At the opposite side of a pushing plate(35) attached to the axle, a support plate(62) and a operating plate(63) are fixed in a V shape. An emergency valve is installed at bypass piping to be operated by overflowed water. |
