COMPOSITE DIAPHRAGM AND LITHIUM ION BATTERY USING SAME

The present invention provides a composite diaphragm of a lithium ion battery, comprising a polyolefin base material. The surface of the polyolefin base material is provided with a coating containing a binder and inorganic particles, hydrogen bonds existing between the binder and the inorganic particles. Also provided are a preparation method for the composite diaphragm of a lithium ion battery, and a lithium ion battery using the composite diaphragm. The composite diaphragm of the present invention increases binding power between a base material and inorganic particles, thereby reducing detachment of the inorganic particles. The battery using the composite diaphragm improves the product quality, and reduces the risk of influencing the safety performance of the battery caused by the detachment of the inorganic particles in a production process.
