<p>PURPOSE: To make an operator recognize that an equipment to be operated should enters an operation state at the point of time. CONSTITUTION: When a process monitor device PS1 sends an operation command s1 to an equipment D1, a specific area of a state file FS corresponding to the equipment D1 is referred to and when it is confirmed that the equipment D1 is not being operated by another process monitor device, the operation command s1 to which its identification number is added is sent to a process controller PC, which stores the identification number of the process monitor device PS1 specified with the operation command s1 in the specific area of the state file FS corresponding to the equipment D1 when the operation command s1 is an opening operation command and sends an operation command signal c2 to the equipment D1. Then the equipment D1 once receiving the operation command signal c2 sends an equipment acceptance response d(c2) to the process monitor device PS1 through the process controller PC to start opening operation, and the process monitor device PS1 when receiving the equipment acceptance response d(c2) displays it on a display device.</p> |
