PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate deformation in the circumferential direction of frame members to increase the strength of a truss structure by strengthening the frame joint construction of the truss structure. SOLUTION: Plates covering a hub 3 and the end parts of frame members 2 from the upper and lower sides are formed into an ash tray shape, and it is provided with projecting parts 22 and recessed parts 23. The projecting part 22 is positioned between the adjoining frame members 2, 2, and the divided angleθis fixedly held. By fitting the flat part of the frame member 2 into the recessed art 23, the recessed part 23 confines the frame member 2. Consequently, the frame members 2 are regulated in deformation in the circumferential direction, and hence the strength of the truss structure increases.
