A method for obtaining the biological preparation for the allergic diagnosis of tuberculosis comprises the culture of Mycobacterium boris N 8 in synthetic nutrient medium, the inactivation by autoclaving, the separation of the culture filtrate, ultrafiltration in membrane with 100+- 10 kD cut-off level, the separation of the filtrate, the second concentration by ultrafiltration in membrane with 15+- 1.5 kD cut-off level. The separated concentrate is again subjected to the ultrafiltration in membrane with 300+- 10 kD cut-off level until 20-fold reduction of the retention volume. Finally, an ultrafiltrate is concentrated until tuberculoprotein content of 0.3+- 0.09 or 0.6+- 0.18 ??/??U and the preservative agent containing 0.5% phenol, 10% glycerol. 0.001% Tween-80, and 0.5-1% formalin in 100 mL of concentrate is added.
