Shutoff-rotary flush valve consists of upper adapter, rod, case, adapter, lower adapter, bearing, lower shell, upper shell, bypass valve. In its lower part the valve in addition has circulation bushing, this at one side is fixed with adapter, and at the other side it hermetically interacts with lower shell in which radial opening is provided. Inside circulation bushing axial and flushing passages are placed. Flushing passage gives possibility of connection through radial opening placed in the rod, lower shell, adapter, to annular space of well at closed test period. Axial channels not intersecting those through windows and radial openings connect inner cavity of shutoff-rotary flush valve and under-packer zone at open testing period.
