PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension control device capable of executing the excellent control by calculating the control command value to be used for the skyhook control or the like with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The warp wp of a vehicle body 5 is obtained from the sprung speed of two diagonal parts of the vehicle body 5, and the pitch rate pt to be obtained from the wheel speed is subtracted from the warp wp to calculate the roll rate rol. The sprung speed of parts of the vehicle body 5 corresponding to four wheels and the relative speed of each wheel 2 and the vehicle body 5 are obtained from the sprung speed and the roll rate rol of one part of the two diagonal parts to perform the skyhook control. The constitution of the device can be simplified, and the cost can be reduced accordingly in comparison with the conventional technology of performing the skyhook control by using three or more sprung acceleration sensors 7.
