PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet pasting apparatus which can bond a sheet to a bonding target body by sufficiently ensuring the printing region of confidential information without enlarging the pasting area of the sheet. SOLUTION: A first sheet S1 and a second sheet S2 are installed in such a manner that they can be let out through first and second letting-out means 11 and 15. The second sheet S2 is stacked on the adhesive layer side of the first sheet S1 under a state being triply folded through a folding means 19. The first sheet S1 is suction-held by the suction plate 50 of a pressing means 20. The adhesive layer of the first sheet S1 being exposed on the outer peripheral side of the second sheet S2 is bonded to a bonding target body W by the descending of the suction plate 50 toward the bonding target body W.
