PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tsunami wave countermeasure system for enabling residents to get involved in the construction of an evacuation route when a tsunami wave occurs, and capable of obtaining an effect of educating the residents about the significance of disaster countermeasures.SOLUTION: The tsunami wave countermeasure system includes: tsunami wave simulation means 10 for simulating the situation of a tsunami wave; evacuation simulation means 20 for simulating an evacuation situation when a tsunami wave occurs; and display means 40 for displaying the tsunami wave occurrence situation simulated by the tsunami wave simulation means 10 and the evacuation situation simulated by the evacuation simulation means 20. The evacuation simulation means 20 includes: an evacuation start position setting part 22 for setting an evacuation start position where evacuees are arranged; an evacuation route setting part 23 for setting an evacuation route from the evacuation start position to an evacuation place; an evacuation speed setting part 24 for setting an evacuation speed at which persons pass the evacuation route; and a set value input part for inputting all or a portion of the evacuation start position, the evacuation route and the evacuation speed. |
