PURPOSE: A ship for marine operations is provided to improve the DP(Dynamic Position) performance by reducing the increase of moment due to wind. CONSTITUTION: A thrust generating device(130) comprises a thrust generating unit(110) and a support unit(120) supporting the thrust generating unit. The support is fixed to a hull to be rotatable. The thrust generating unit is connected to the support unit. The thrust generating unit generates the thrust to the direction opposite to the flow of the hull generated by wind and water wave. The thrust generating unit comprises a propeller and a power generating unit. The propeller houses the flow of the hull. The power generating unit supplies the power to the propeller.
