A method and a terminal for offering multiple lane information are provided to enable a driver to cope with a changing road condition by providing current and up-coming lane information to the driver. A terminal(600) for offering multiple lane information includes a lane information memory(610), a position/path detection unit(620), and a display unit(630). The lane information memory stores the lane information of a road which is associated with a road position. The position/path detection unit detects the position of the terminal and a preset path. The display unit displays multiple lane information based on the position of the terminal. The display unit includes a road detection unit(631) and a lane display unit(632). The road detection unit detects upcoming roads within a predetermined detection range from the terminal. The lane display unit sequentially displays the lane information on the path. |
