A disposable face cover for fitting of cloths and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to avoid spoiling user's hair style, to remove risks of neck tightening, and to prevent it from being easily taken off. A disposable face cover for fitting of cloths comprises: a face cover part(2) comprising front face plates(1) and upper rear plates(3), which is opened downward; a folding part(6) comprising multiple folded surfaces, which enables the upper space of face cover part to be unfolded widely as much as its lower space; a bib part(9) comprising front face plates and lower rear plates(10), which is opened upward. A method for manufacturing the disposable face cover includes the steps of: preparing fabric; folding the upper part of fabric; the first heat adhesion to make a face cover part opened downward; folding the lower part of fabric; the second heat adhesion to the bib part opened upward; and cutting both ends of the face cover part and the bib part. |
