PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: a configuration in which a container shutter member slides in a direction to insert a conveyance tube to open or close prevents the container shutter member from returning to a closed state.SOLUTION: There is provided a powder storage container comprising a container body that stores a powder used for image formation and a nozzle receiving member 330 that is provided at one end in the longitudinal direction of the container body, where the nozzle receiving member 330 includes an opening/closing member 332 that has a tube insertion port 305a into which a conveyance tube 611 for conveying the powder inside the container body to the outside can be inserted, and a holding member 334 that has an opening that is opened/closed by the opening/closing member 332 and holds the opening/closing member 332; and the opening/closing member 332 rotates around an axis in an insertion/withdrawal direction of the conveyance tube 611 in association with an insertion/withdrawal operation of the conveyance tube 611 into/from the tube insertion port 305a to switch between an open state of opening the opening and a closed state of closing the opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 |
