<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a jammed printing medium while preventing a printing medium carrying path from being soiled by unfixed toner when the printing medium is jammed by attachably/detachably holding a frame to which a lower guiding member and an upper guiding member are attached to an image forming device. SOLUTION: A lower chute 40 constituting a part of the carrying path through which recording paper passes is formed on the frame 26. When the recording paper is jammed in the carrying path in a resist unit, the register roller unit is pulled out from the image forming device by putting a hand on the recessed part of the surface of the frame 26. At such a time, the overhanging part of a baffle 46 is separated from a presser member and pressing force to the lower chute 40 is released. Since the register roller unit smoothly slides on the frame main body of the image forming device through a rail 30, it is easily pulled out. Namely, the jammed recording paper is easily removed by lifting up the baffle 46.</p> |
