PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition exhibiting excellent curability in a range from a low temperature to a high temperature and having a pot life sufficient for an operation by making the composition include a specific vinyl- based copolymer, an organometallic compound and a weak solvent. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) an alkoxysilyl group-containing vinyl-based copolymer, (B) 0.1-20 pts.wt., preferably 0.2-13 pts.wt., more preferably 0.5-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A of an organometallic compound and (C) a weak solvent. A (co)polymer obtained by (co)polymerizing a monomer unit of the formula (R1 is H or a 1-10C alkyl; R2 is H, a 1-10C alkyl, a 6-10C aryl or a 7-10C aralkyl; (a) is 0-2), etc., may be cited as the component A. An organotin compound, etc., are preferable as the component B. An aliphatic hydrocarbon is preferable as the component C.
