PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular constant-speed traveling device capable of temporarily controlling the vehicle speed without changing the set vehicle speed during the constant-speed traveling control. SOLUTION: When it is determined that the operation of a deceleration operation means intends reduction of the set vehicle speed (S12), the constant-speed traveling control is continued by reducing the vehicle speed with the input vehicle speed according to the operation of the deceleration operation means as the updated set vehicle speed (S14), and when it is determined that the operation of a deceleration operation means intends temporary reduction of the vehicle speed (S18), the vehicle speed is reduced according to the operation of the deceleration operation means, and the constant-speed traveling control is continued with the vehicle speed at the set value when the operation of the deceleration operation means is started (S20).
