PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a configuration for transmitting apparatus information of apparatuses located in a user's home to a mobile terminal carried by a user even when the user leaves the user's home or the like to be managed and suppressing traffic required for transmitting the apparatus information to the mobile terminal. SOLUTION: After the user carries the mobile terminal A100 and leaves the user's home A1001, a proxy node being a representative of the apparatuses (a TV A, and a DVD player A or the like) collects the apparatus information of the other apparatuses, and transmits the apparatus information to the mobile terminal A located outside the user's home A1001. The proxy node is selected by a method that the mobile terminal A100 instructs any apparatus to select the proxy node and the instructed apparatus autonomously selects the proxy node, or a method that an apparatus detecting the location of the mobile terminal A100 outside the user's home A1001 autonomously selects the proxy node, in addition to a method that the mobile terminal A100 explicitly selects a particular apparatus.
