<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting magnet apparatus to prevent generated magnetic flux from attenuating, to prevent quenching from developing, to obtain high and uniform manufacturing preciseness, and to downsize and lighten the whole apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: Liquid helium is held in a coolant container 11 wherein a superconducting multilayered complex tubular body 13 is soaked. Permanent current flows through the tubular body 13 in its circumferential direction, therefor magnetic flux passing through inside space of the tubular body 13 is generated by the permanent current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
