<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame rate assuring method capable of assuring the frame rates of images to be distributed to respective users even when the plurality of users request the images regardless of the situation of a network, and to provide a network apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An assurance frame rate X in distributing the requested JPEG images to respective recorders 50A-50C is set in a storage part 12 in response to the requests of the JPEG images from the recorders 50A-50C. A calculating part 13 calculates the respective frame rates, based on the request intervals of the JPEG images from the respective recorders 50A-50C. A control part 15 calculates the whole distribution amount of the images to be distributed to the recorders 50A-50C by each unit period based on the assurance frame rate, together with the calculating part 13, based on the calculated respective frame rates. When the calculated whole distribution amount exceeds a network band Z, times of distribution of the JPEG images are made to be once with respect to the recorder among the recorders 50A-50C, which requests the JPEG image a plurality of times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
