PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing tea extract solution rich in flavor by using plural kinds of teas without damaging peculiar flavor of each tea. SOLUTION: The method of producing tea extract solution comprises following (1)-(3) steps: (1) a step for preparing plurally layered teas on a tea-holding plate set in a column type extracting machine; (2) a step for supplying water for extraction through the under or upper part of the extracting machine to contact the water for extraction with the piled-up teas; and (3) a step for discharging the tea extract solution.
