The shoe (1) has front and rear bodies (2, 4) respectively receiving a phalanx and a heel of a foot, and connected by inner and outer side bodies (6, 7). The bodies are placed on a sole (8) defining a median axis (X-X). A tightening device maintains the foot in the shoe and laterally exerts pressure on the body (4) along a transverse axis perpendicular to the median axis. The device has a rear body pinching member (22) that is cooperated with a tightening member (12) and is made of thermoplastic polyurethane material. A median band (26) is made of elastane(RTM: synthetic fiber).
