Copper organic complexes, use thereof as anti-tumour agent and protection of healthy tissue from ionised radiation

Copper organocomplexes (I) obtained by reacting a copper(II)acylate having an acidic to neutral pH-value with an organic compound, which is 4-[bis(2-chloroethyl)-amino]-D,L-phenylalanine (sarcolysin) or its hydrochloride, N-(2-furanidil)-5-fluorouracil (tegafur) or amino carbonyl aziridine (leacadin), in a chloroform/methanol mixture, are new. An independent claim is included for a combination preparation comprising (I), at least a cytostatic and optionally an auxiliary material and/or carrier materials. ACTIVITY : Cytostatic; Antiinflammatory. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
