<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the use of an IC card embedded in a cellular phone terminal when the IC card is separated from a user due to loss or theft even if it is usable with a noncontact interface. <P>SOLUTION: In the cellular phone terminal which can communicate with a management device via a base station and a network, the IC card embedded in the cellular phone terminal is provided with a means which automatically sets the restriction on the use of the IC card based on a signal from the management device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
