PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which achieves radio communication with other RAT systems during uplink carrier aggregation communication.SOLUTION: A user device with an uplink carrier aggregation function comprises: a radio communication control section for controlling a radio communication with a base station; other RAT radio communication control section for controlling a radio communication with other RAT systems; and other RAT communication state reporting section for transmitting a trigger message which stops resource allocation to a secondary cell causing interferences in the uplink carrier aggregation, to the base station, when a radio communication with the other RAT system starts while the uplink carrier aggregation is set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
