<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bean processing apparatus including a first treatment tank, a second crusher, a second treatment tank, and a connective duct. <P>SOLUTION: This bean processing apparatus is such that the first treatment tank includes a first crusher, and is used for putting beans for a soaking process, a cooking process and a crushing process. The second crushing machine is applied as a holding tank for minutely crushing firstly crushed beans from the first treatment tank. The second treatment tank is connected with the second crusher, and applied to hold a bean product.
