PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the conventional problem of possibility of occurrence of a failure in a system when a plurality of workers perform maintenance work by using a plurality of monitoring control terminals.SOLUTION: A monitoring control system includes a plurality of electronic apparatuses connected through a network, and two or more monitoring control terminals that are used for performing maintenance work and are connected to any electronic apparatus. Any of the electronic apparatuses is set as a master apparatus for managing the maintenance work of the monitoring control terminals. The master apparatus performs: processing of referring to a management schedule for managing a plan for maintenance work, when having received a report from a monitoring control terminal; and processing of transmitting a non-permission notification when an overlap with other maintenance work occurs, and transmitting a permission notification while transmitting exclusion information for performing exclusion processing on reported maintenance work to all monitoring control terminals when any overlap with the other maintenance work does not occur. A monitoring control terminal performs: processing of reporting maintenance work to the master apparatus; and exclusion processing on maintenance work to be performed by the monitoring control terminal, on the basis of exclusion information received from the master apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
