The invention relates to devices for protecting water hoses, including a protective casing and a means for affixing the protective casing, and may be used for capturing and redirecting, into a drain, water flowing out of torn water hoses, for instance flexible conduits and connections which have come unsealed. According to the invention, a protective casing has a middle portion in the form of bellows capable of changing the length thereof, and capable of accommodating within same a water hose to be protected, wherein the protective casing has cylindrical end portions capable of accommodating, within same, areas for connecting a water hose to be protected, and wherein a central portion has a water outlet valve in case the water hose or a connection area thereof begins to leak. The achieved technical result consists in expanding the scope of application of a device, via the ability to use same on already-mounted connections of water hoses. |
