PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless transmission device capable of achieving a frequency accuracy equivalent to that of a conventional wireless transmission device that incorporates a temperature compensation type crystal oscillator (TCXO), at low cost.SOLUTION: A wireless transmission device 1 comprises: a vibration element 3; a wireless transmission IC 2 that has a fractional N-PLL circuit 22 for generating a wireless transmission clock signal on the basis of an output signal of the vibration element 3, and a power amplifier 23 for generating a wireless transmission signal on the basis of the wireless transmission clock signal; a control device 4 that controls the wireless transmission IC 2; and a temperature detection element 5 connected with the control device 4. The control device 4 controls the fractional N-PLL circuit 22 so that a frequency of the wireless transmission signal is temperature-compensated on the basis of temperature information obtained from the temperature detection element 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
