PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device capable of shortening a wiring path between a switching element and a snubber circuit element, and of reducing a surge voltage.SOLUTION: A power conversion device 1 includes a wiring board 21 having a pattern surface 23 on which a wiring pattern 22 is formed. On the wiring board 21, a first switching element 10U is bonded. The first switching element 10U has one surface 31 having a drain electrode 12 and a source electrode 13 formed at a distance from each other, and the other surface 32 opposite to the one surface 31. The first switching element 10U is bonded on the wiring board 21 in a state where the one surface 31 is opposed to the pattern surface 23 of the wiring board 21. A snubber circuit element 17 is interposed between the wiring board 21 and the first switching element 10U. The snubber circuit element 17 is electrically connected with the drain electrode 12 and the source electrode 13, between the wiring board 21 and the first switching element 10U.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
